Our Philosophy is based on treating out customers as individuals and working with them to meet their individual needs. Whether you have an earthquake damaged home in need of repair or you're looking to renovate your home, we're ready to work with you.
The first step is to meet with you and discuss your goals and expectations. We like to meet with you at your property so we can physically see the space and what work needs to be done.
After our initial meeting with you, we'll provide you with a quote and an outline of the work that needs to be done within 7 working days, and we'll give you a call to discuss the quote and any questions you may have about timeframes or the people carrying out the work.
Once you've approved our quote, we can often start work straight away, but we'll let you know if there's going to be a delay. We assign one of our project managers to work with you from start to finish so you never have to worry about trying to communicate with someone coming in half way through.
Our project managers work with you throughout your repairs or renovations to ensure the job is completed on time and on budget, without interrupting your lifestyle too much along the way.
